Job summary

A youth basketball organization is seeking an experienced Elementary & Middle School Boys Director to lead and develop basketball programs for grades 3-8. This part-time role involves overseeing team operations, developing training curriculums, and coaching. Candidates should have prior coaching experience and a strong understanding of player development. The position offers a seasonal stipend with performance-based bonuses based on program growth.

Qualifications

• Prior basketball coaching experience at the youth, middle school, or high school level.
• Strong understanding of player development and skill progression.
• Experience with AAU coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elementary and middle school boys teams (Grades 3–8).
• Develop a clear developmental curriculum aligned with the New England Elite philosophy.
• Coordinate summer leagues and camps, ensuring skill development.
