Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Irvine, CA is seeking a Value Stream Analyst to support the EP value stream management. The role focuses on end-to-end supply chain strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.

The position requires a 1–3 year background in supply chain/engineering analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Expect a dynamic, regulated healthcare environment and opportunities to lead improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, QuickBase, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support development, refresh, and execution of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) for assigned products aligned with VSM standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to support E2E product strategies and initiative prioritization.
• Drive execution of value stream initiatives and track progress, risks and outcomes.
• Support E2E performance management, dashboards, KPI reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Identify risks and recommend actions to the Value Stream Director as needed.
• Support NPI and lifecycle activities including launch readiness and transfer of ownership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across supply chain processes and operations.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to support strategic decisions and priorities.
• Help mature the VSM capability with standard tools and governance.
