Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Value Stream Analyst to support the Electrophysiology (EP) Value Stream Management in Irvine, CA. You will partner with Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance and Manufacturing to develop, execute, and monitor Product Strategy Roadmaps and value stream initiatives.

This role offers cross-functional exposure, opportunities to work on end-to-end processes, and a path to grow in value stream management and analytics within a healthcare technology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or engineering.
  • Internship or rotation program experience preferred.
  • Healthcare/regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, refresh, and execution of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs).
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to support E2E product strategies.
  • Drive execution of value stream initiatives and track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Prepare dashboards and KPI reviews to monitor performance.
  • Identify risks and elevate insights to the Value Stream Director.
  • Support NPI and lifecycle activities, launch readiness, and handoffs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across supply chain processes.

Job Description

The Value Stream Analyst supports strategic and operational activities across end-to-end (E2E) product and Therapeutics supply chain value stream. Reporting to the Value Stream Director, this role partners with Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to support the development, execution, and monitoring of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) and value stream initiatives.

This position provides an opportunity to contribute to business-critical programs while developing expertise in product strategy, supply chain operations, value stream management, and cross-functional project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, refresh, and execution of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) for assigned products, in alignment with VSM standards and governance.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance) to support E2E product strategies, initiative prioritization, and execution planning.
  • Drive execution of value stream initiatives and projects, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes against defined objectives and success measures.
  • Support E2E performance management, including preparation of dashboards, KPI & CIP reviews, and presentations to track key performance indicators, project milestones, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Identify execution risks, constraints, and trade‑offs, and elevate insights and recommendations to the Value Stream Director as needed.
  • Support NPI and lifecycle activities, including launch readiness reviews, execution tracking, and transfer‑of‑ownership coordination.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across supply chain processes, manufacturability, and operational performance.
  • Collect, consolidate, analyze, and communicate data to support strategic business decisions and value stream priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and maturation of the VSM capability, including use of standard tools, templates, governance forums, and ways of working.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Required Years of Related Experience:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, project management, engineering, analytics, or related fields.
  • Internship, co-op, or rotational program experience preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, QuickBase, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Working knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, from demand planning through delivery
  • Ability to create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Interest in supply chain strategy, value stream management, product lifecycle man
