Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college/institution degree program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship.
• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the co-op term.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Value Stream Management (VSM) capability across MedTech.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of VSM standards, templates, playbooks, and guidance materials.
• Support Product Strategy Roadmap (PSR) development activities, including data collection, consolidation, and documentation.
• Help prepare dashboards, reports, and visual materials to support VSM Services Dashboard.
• Contribute to VSM workshops, governance forums, and capability enablement activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and strengthen VSM ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support E2E alignment and execution.
• Contribute to documentation, digitalization and continuous improvement of VSM processes, tools, and ways of working.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
