Job summary

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a dynamic electrophysiologist at associate or full professor rank to lead an elite team of academic EP physicians at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital.

The Associate Section Director for Research will provide senior leadership for the academic and research strategic direction of the advanced arrhythmia programs.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/certified electrophysiologist
• Successful completion of a US-accredited electrophysiology fellowship
• Eligible for an Ohio medical license
• Academic appointment at The Ohio State University; rank and salary commensurate with training and experience

Responsibilities

• Lead an elite team of academic electrophysiology physicians
• Provide senior leadership for research strategy in advanced arrhythmia programs
• Expand research portfolio and develop novel therapies for arrhythmic disorders
• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration across the cardiovascular enterprise
