Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) specializing in electrophysiology for the Denver Metro area. You’ll work with two EP physicians and two APPs to expand EP services across multiple hospitals and clinics in Colorado.

Responsibilities include pre/post-procedure care, EP consults, outpatient follow-ups, and device-management support, with no on-call, no weekends, and a 40-hour week across four 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Colorado NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• DEA registration and full prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of one year of Electrophysiology experience as NP/PA.

Responsibilities

• Managing pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Evaluating and coordinating EP consults
• Providing outpatient follow-up care in the clinic setting
• Rounding on hospitalized electrophysiology patients
• Helping expand and enhance device management services
• Educating nursing staff and providers on electrophysiology best practices
• Contributing to the continued growth of a cardiovascular program
