Job summary

Advocate Health – Elgin, Illinois seeks an experienced Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner to join our EP Cardiology Team in Elgin. This outpatient, clinic-based role focuses on providing high-quality cardiovascular care with a collaborative group of EP physicians and APPs.

Must have EP experience, manage an independent patient panel, perform follow-ups and device clinic evaluations, and participate in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Electrophysiology experience with demonstrated EP knowledge and clinical expertise.
• Active RN and APRN license in state(s) of practice, plus board certification in clinical practice and populations served.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient follow-up care including annual EP follow-up visits and device clinic evaluations.
• Manage an independent patient panel within EP practice.
• Collaborate with EP physicians and APPs to coordinate care.
