Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills patient care responsibilities: organize patient flow and prepare exam rooms.
• Document patient history, charting, collect specimens, relay instructions to patients, assist as needed.
• Screen patients, document history, perform vitals, and support physician during exams and procedures.
• Assist office coordinator with phone coverage, scheduling, and administrative duties.
• Maintain and update patient medical records; handle referrals and prior authorizations.
• Manage clinical supplies/inventory and restock as needed; obtain prior authorizations for surgeries.
