Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health's Heart Hospital seeks a Manager for the Electrophysiology Lab to lead day-to-day operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with CV leadership to advance goals and ensures budget accountability and quality standards across EP procedures.

The position requires clinical EP experience, supervisory background, and RN licensure with BLS/ACLS certification. Strong communication with executive leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (healthcare, nursing, allied health, or business-related field).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an invasive cardiovascular or EP environment.
• 1+ year of supervisor or manager experience.
• Current licensure or certification—RN.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience with regulatory and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, ACC, radiation safety).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and personnel leadership for the EP Lab, including staffing, scheduling, throughput, supply and inventory management.
• Partner with Cardiovascular Services leadership to advance departmental and system goals.
• Manage budgets and capital planning; oversee governance and reporting.
