Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Communications, Electrophysiology to develop and lead strategic communications for in-market and launch-stage products. Hybrid role based in Irvine, reporting to the Senior Director, Electrophysiology Communications & Public Affairs.

You will partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to craft multichannel narratives, support commercial priorities, and influence disease awareness while ensuring Credo principles inform

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, brand or marketing roles.
• Experience leading branded communications, media engagement, issues management, and successful product launches.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, clinical, and technical concepts into clear, compelling communications.
• Experience counseling senior leaders on business opportunities, communications objectives, strategy and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications strategies that support launches and commercial priorities.
• Serve as a trusted counselor to commercial leaders and translate priorities into messaging.
• Collaborate across teams to amplify Electrophysiology narratives.
• Coordinate with Pipeline & Platform Communications to ensure consistency.
• Embed Credo and Leadership Imperatives in communications priorities and decisions.
• Lead multi-channel narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Support communications around regulatory milestones and data releases.
• Protect and enhance Johnson & Johnson's reputation through proactive issue management.
