Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record developing executive communications and thought leadership for senior leaders.
• Experience leading employee engagement, organizational and change communications.
• Strong critical thinking, business insight, project management, and partner management skills.
• Experience in a complex global organization.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive leadership visibility and stakeholder engagement through integrated communications that reinforce business strategy, culture, and priorities.
• Translate business priorities into clear, compelling narratives and activations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with regional and enterprise colleagues to align messaging and approaches.
• Measure communication effectiveness and evolve content and channels to increase engagement and impact.
• Lead global employee communications and engagement for Electrophysiology, aligning to performance and culture.
