Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division seeks a Senior Manager, Pipeline & Platform Communications, Electrophysiology, based in Irvine, CA. You will shape and amplify the innovation narrative for the electrophysiology portfolio, translating complex science and platform progress into compelling communications across R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in communications or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear communications.
• Experience advising senior leaders.
• Strong writing, verbal, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Collaborates across complex organizations.
• Proven ability to drive integrated communications strategies.
• Passion for science and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D, Scientific, Legal and Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Global Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop communications strategies.
• Serve as a trusted communications counselor to innovation leaders and translate priorities into clear strategies.
• Collaborate across enterprise, sector, regional, and internal teams to ensure alignment and impact.
• Partner with Senior Manager, Commercial Communications to amplify a consistent Electrophysiology narrative.
• Embed Credo and Leadership Imperatives in communications priorities and execution.
• Lead strategies that showcase breakthrough innovation, pipeline progress, and clinical evidence.
• Translate complex scientific concepts into accessible narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Develop content and thought leadership materials, including messaging and presentations.
• Support communications around clinical studies, publications, and partnerships.
• Enhance and protect the Company’s reputation by proactive issue management.
• Position Johnson & Johnson MedTech and its electrophysiology leaders as trusted voices in cardiovascular care.
