Under general direction, you will help deliver clinical demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and stay current on regulatory and market trends while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Ability to become certified on EP products and at least 2 years in cardiac pacing or related industries.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Ability to apply engineering skills to solve complex clinical problems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments with engineers, vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for presentations and documentation.
• Ability to satisfy vendor credentialing requirements including potential COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Provides engineering, sales, education and clinical support for EP products.
• Develops, leads and facilitates trainings on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides input on market feedback and next-generation product guidance.
• Provides regional EP procedural case coverage.
• Back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales, regional seminars, clinical studies, troubleshooting and training.
