Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Cardiovascular Electrophysiology RN to deliver exceptional patient care during EP Lab procedures. You will document, circulate, and scrub, working alongside electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and surgeons.

Requirements include NC RN license and 2 years RN experience or equivalent Allied Health pathway; CPR/ACLS; and familiarity with cath lab equipment. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NC license and two years RN experience preferred.
• Alternate pathway includes Allied Health Tech program with two years in Cath Lab.
• Cardiovascular interventional program completion is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Preparedness: ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
• Maintain safe and therapeutic environment; adhere to safety guidelines.
• Record keeping: enter patient data and charges; protect privacy.
• On-call: 24-hour emergency call for Cardiac Cath Lab; rapid response (within 25 minutes).
• Patient care: monitor stability and assist with procedures.
• Education: mentor staff and participate in continuing education.
