Job summary

Geisinger Healthplex State College is seeking a specialist to assist in the outpatient Electrophysiology Heart Rhythm Device Clinic. You will work with the Device RN to ensure continuity of care, interrogate and re-program cardiac devices, and manage remote data with physician oversight.

The role includes clinical data review, triage of device reports, and education for patients and families. Occasional travel to outreach locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from specialty training program (Required).
• Associate's Degree in Related Field (Required).
• IBHRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operation of the EP Heart Rhythm Device Clinic.
• Perform interrogations and reprogramming of implanted devices per protocol.
• Review remote transmissions and prepare reports for physician review.
