Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years wiring experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electronic theory and the ability to apply basic knowledge of electronic theory.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to work as a member of a team and participate in goal setting, performance feedback and self-development activities.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and wires complex electronic assemblies under minimum supervision.
• Solders and wires from diagrams, sketches and verbal instructions.
• Uses color code for component identification.
• Uses tools such as soldering irons, pliers, cutters, strippers, bench drill press, etc.
• May suggest wiring layout changes with approval of development engineer.
• May compile parts lists.
• Incorporates engineering changes into final wiring drawings.
