Kelly is hiring Warehouse Associates for a premier electronics manufacturer in Salt Lake City, UT. This direct-hire role offers 1st shift (6:30am–2:45pm), with a starting pay of $21–$23 per hour and opportunities to grow within the team.

You will verify packing slips, enter data into inventory systems, collaborate with buyers and the production supervisor, and maintain organized, FIFO-compliant warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• U.S. Person due to federal contract requirements.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Verifying information on packing slips against purchase orders and entering data into inventory systems.
• Collaborating with buyers and the production supervisor to resolve inventory discrepancies and fulfill production requirements.
• Managing incoming/outgoing inspection logs and facilitating returns.
• Recording inventory transactions and ensuring accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end counts.
• Maintaining a well-organized warehouse with clear labeling and FIFO practices.
• Performing other warehouse duties as assigned, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
