Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and basic computer literacy.
• Must have 1–2 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inbound shipments, routing items accurately into inventory or return workflows.
• Handle new and used electronic devices according to established protocols, ensuring safe storage and retrieval.
• Perform quality assurance checks and pre-grading on returned equipment to determine redeployment eligibility.
• Process fulfillment orders and return orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
• Maintain accurate digital records of all inventory movements and equipment status.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and support operational reporting.
• Collaborate with QA and imaging teams to prepare devices for shipment or ITAD disposition.
