Job summary

AppDirect is seeking a warehouse associate in our Utah operations. You will receive, sort, and process inbound and outbound shipments, handling electronic devices with care and following defined procedures.

You’ll use WMS and scanners to keep precise inventory records and support ongoing ITAD workflows. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while remaining on your feet through long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic computer literacy to operate WMS and scanning software.
• 1–2 years in warehouse, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts; detail-oriented work.
• Familiarity with WMS platforms and scanning tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inbound shipments and route items into inventory or return workflows.
• Handle electronic devices per protocols, ensuring safe storage and retrieval.
• Perform quality checks on returned equipment to determine redeployment eligibility.
• Process fulfillment and return orders using WMS and scanning equipment.
• Maintain accurate digital records of inventory movements and device status.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborate with QA and imaging teams to prepare devices for shipment or ITAD.
