Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Sykesville, Maryland is seeking a Test Technician to apply electronics principles in fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting of complex components, assemblies, devices, circuits, and systems.

You will support the development of systems and solutions that keep our world safe, with opportunities to work on diverse test setups, set up calibration and testing, and prepare detailed test reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience in fabrication and test of complex components, assemblies, devices, circuits, and systems.
• Experience with electronics principles.
• U.S. Citizenship required. DoD Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Apply electronics principles for fabrication, test, and troubleshooting of components, assemblies, devices, circuits, and systems.
• Perform acceptance test procedures that verify equipment function.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate complex and special equipment over a broad spectrum of technologies.
• Program and verify devices and test equipment.
