Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN or Grantsville, UT is seeking a Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies to ensure quality and performance standards. You will work in a manufacturing setting, following defined test procedures and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities include documenting results, diagnosing faults to component level, performing rework, calibrating equipment, and contributing to process improvements while adhering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred in Electronics or related field.
• 1–3 years of electronics testing, troubleshooting and repair experience in manufacturing environment; certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams; familiarity with test equipment and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined test procedures on electronics components and assemblies using specialized equipment.
• Document test results with pass/fail, measurements and observations.
• Diagnose failures to component level using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform rework and repair of failed units following procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
• Contribute to improvement of test processes and procedures.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
