Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician – Electronics to perform end-of-line testing of electronic equipment and ensure products meet functional, electrical, and quality specifications before release to customers.

You will conduct hands-on testing, troubleshoot issues, document results, and work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to maintain reliability and compliance across the product line.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or testing preferred.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and software manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and functional tests on finished products using test equipment, fixtures, and software tools.
• Interpret test results, identify failures or anomalies, and elevate issues for corrective action.
• Troubleshoot and re-test units to verify resolution of issues.
• Follow established test procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate test records, logs, and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, and Production to resolve testing or product issues.
• Support calibration, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of test equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO 9001/14001, and applicable safety/electrical regulations.
