Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly/testing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and work instructions.
• Intermediate math skills and comfortable with measurements.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and test electronic components following engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair components under the direction of engineering staff.
• Perform testing using standard equipment and document results.
• Analyze test results and report findings to support engineering projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining materials and parts.
• Document testing procedures, equipment information, and specifications.
• Build and modify prototypes from sketches, drawings, and engineering concepts.
• Support additional engineering and production projects as needed.
