Job summary

Raytheon seeks an Electronics Test Technician in Andover, MA for onsite, third-shift work from 10:00pm to 6:00am. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, and acceptance of production and development hardware, with a focus on infrared devices, assemblies and test equipment.

A technical interview must be passed, and security clearance is required. Responsibilities include working with engineering, following schematics and process sheets, setting up test conditions, and maintaining equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of specialized electronics education OR minimum of 2 years experience in electronics test and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot production, pre-production and development systems and components.
• Set up test equipment and follow procedures to isolate failures.
• Perform daily/weekly calibrations and maintain test station readiness.
• Maintain records and follow safety guidelines.
