Kearfott Corporation in New Jersey is seeking an Electronics Test Equipment Technician to support troubleshooting and reliability of advanced laser manufacturing equipment. The role requires hands-on electronics repair, reading schematics, and applying IPC J-STD-001 standards.
You'll work independently and in cross-functional teams, train others, and help develop SOPs while contributing to test software using LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python.

The Electronics Test Equipment Technician will support the troubleshooting, improvement, and long‑term reliability of advanced laser manufacturing equipment. This role is multidisciplinary and requires expertise in instrumentation electronics, motion/control systems, vacuum hardware and controls, and software used for automated test and measurement. The ideal candidate has direct experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and applying those schematics to real‑world, hands‑on electronics repairs.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $35.00 - $55.00 hourly. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer may vary based on factors including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
