Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking a Test Engineer I (1st Shift) to design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. The role is on-site at our Prince George facility and offers growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include reviewing designs for testability, aiding manufacturing with failure analysis and debugging, and generating test reports to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
• Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures from product design to production.
• Generate reports and analysis of test data and prepare technical documentation.
• Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers.
• Direct and coordinate engineering activities for testing and test control equipment.
• Determine test conditions and sequences; oversee test operations.
• Develop or use software/hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and company security procedures.
