Job summary

Jabil is seeking a technician to verify, diagnose, and repair electronic circuit board assemblies. The role requires following security procedures and working with test equipment to ensure quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include reading BOMs, performing component-level repairs, and maintaining adherence to safety rules. Certification testing and cross-functional collaboration support manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic circuit board assemblies to component level.
• Ability to read and follow BOMs, visuals, deviations, and testing procedures.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based software and diagnostic tools.
• Comfort with interpreting test data and performing rework as needed.

Responsibilities

• Comply with procedures within the company security policy.
• Diagnose and repair to component level on electronic circuit board assemblies.
• Take annual re-certification of operator and pass the test.
• Use electronic test and measurement equipment proficiently.
• Understand and utilize assembly documentation (BOM, visuals, deviations).
• Analyze fault data and perform rework as required.
• Escalate to process tech for borderline faults.
• Support Test Engineering with data evaluation to improve diagnosis efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules for this position.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
