Job summary

HumCap is seeking a Test Engineer to support electronics manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing test processes. You will serve as a technical resource for customer test requirements, test troubleshooting, and test process development throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Test Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic testing methodologies.
• Experience with flying probe testing.
• Experience with functional test development and troubleshooting.
• Experience programming flying probe equipment preferred.
• Experience with ICT is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturing solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to understand and transfer product test requirements into manufacturing.
• Review customer test specifications and develop appropriate test strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test processes.
• Program and support flying probe test systems.
• Troubleshoot test failures and provide technical support to production teams.
• Develop functional test solutions for electronic assemblies.
• Support test process improvements and identify opportunities for additional testing capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve test-related issues.
• Assist with test development from concept through production implementation.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve test coverage and manufacturing quality.
