Job summary

HumCap is seeking a Test Engineer to support electronics manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing test processes. You will serve as a technical resource for customer test requirements, test troubleshooting, and test process development throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Test Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic testing methodologies.
• Experience with flying probe testing.
• Experience with functional test development and troubleshooting.
• Experience programming flying probe equipment preferred.
• Experience with ICT is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturing solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to understand and transfer product test requirements into manufacturing.

This person will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure products are tested effectively, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required
• Experience as a Test Engineer within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of electronic testing methodologies and manufacturing processes
• Experience with flying probe testing required
• Experience with functional test development and troubleshooting required
• Experience programming flying probe equipment preferred
• Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Test) is a plus
• Ability to interpret customer test requirements and translate them into manufacturing solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Electrical Engineer with hands-on manufacturing test experience
• Experience working in an EMS, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working directly with customers and production teams
• Able to bridge the gap between engineering requirements and practical manufacturing execution
• Interested in developing new test capabilities and improving existing processes
• A hands-on engineer who enjoys solving real-world manufacturing challenges rather than working exclusively in a design or software environment
