You will troubleshoot sustaining production test problems escalated from Repair Technicians, repair and maintain test fixtures, verify performance, and document steps so others can reproduce your fix. You’ll also draft new SOPs for operators, assist Test Engineers with modeling, pre-pilot, and pilot runs, and monitor station performance and uptime, while keeping detailed records of issues and

About the rolePicture your day starting at a busy test line. Overnight, a few tricky failures were escalated from Repair Technicians. You dive into logs, isolate faults, and return healthy units to the flow. A finicky fixture needs attention—you repair it, verify performance, and document the steps so the next person can replicate your fix. Before lunch, you polish a new standard operating procedure for operators, and in the afternoon you help Test Engineers bring a new station online for modeling, pre-pilot, and pilot runs.
