Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SMT manufacturing, PCBA, and Assembly related field.
• Specialized in debugging circuits with BGA, FPGAs, and ASICs.
• Good in reading schematic and assembly drawing.

Responsibilities

• Administer debugging, maintenance, and repair of assigned products.
• Operate electronic test equipment and conduct special tests.
• Perform system analysis, testing, and debugging to defect root cause.

Skills

Debugging circuit skills

Knowledge of communication protocols (RS‑232, RS‑485, etc.)

Operating X-ray machine

Reading schematics and assembly drawings

Knowledge of SMT processes and IPC standards

Use of basic debugging tools (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.)

Education

Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience

LCR meter

Oscilloscope

Flying Probe (Takaya)

Agilent 3070 ICT systems
