Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking skilled Field Technicians to execute on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for cyber-physical systems in mission-critical facilities.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality, and uptime, while aligning with NEC standards and project plans. The role requires 4+ years of electronics installation experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good time management and organization to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware and software; test systems for proper operation and provide technical support to customers.
• Analyze and interpret complete M.C. Dean drawing packages for constructability and accuracy.
• Verify charges in timesheets and manage installation/maintenance activities within planned durations.
• Install raceway, cabling, racks, enclosures and grounding in accordance with NEC standards and project plans.
