Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. seeks an Electronics Technician to perform research and development supporting next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies and prototype design for EW systems protecting surface ships from anti-ship missiles.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in electronics operation, troubleshooting and repair, with knowledge of RF, radar, analog/digital electronics, test instrumentation, and LabVIEW.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in electronics operation, troubleshooting and repair.
• In-depth knowledge of RF, radar, basic electronics, and circuits.
• Experience developing, programming, installing, testing, optimizing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Ability to create and interpret analog, digital, and RF schematic and assembly drawings using CAD software.
• Experience using common test instrumentation (DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• Experience with LabView and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and development supporting EW technologies and prototype design.
• Design and develop prototypes of EW systems for ship protection.
• Conduct laboratory and field testing of electronic systems.
• Write test documents and procedures; analyze test data.
• Interpret analog, digital, and RF schematics and assembly drawings; work with CAD tools.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure program success.
