Job summary

Konik in Minnesota is seeking an Electronics Technician to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will assemble, repair, and test electronic devices such as transmitters and receivers, and support prototype development with engineering colleagues.

This full-time, on-site role in Isanti requires following QA standards, maintaining records, and ensuring quality throughout production. You will work closely with engineers, participate in process improvements, and may be asked to work overtime as

Qualifications

• Technical certification with at least two years of related training.
• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• Able to work independently or on a team.
• Proficient with microscopes, video magnifiers, and other inspection tools.
• Experience reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, test, and final checkout of electronic components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers on prototype builds and evaluations.
• Perform quality control inspections and maintain documentation.
• Follow company protocols and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
