Job summary

H3X Technologies in Colorado is seeking a Power Electronics Intern to contribute to design, testing, and validation of high‑voltage electronics for next‑gen electric propulsion. You’ll work with experienced engineers on concept to production workflows and gain hands‑on experience in PCB assemblies and wiring harnesses.

This is a full‑time Spring internship with potential Summer 2027 and Co‑Op paths. You will design, simulate, and test hardware, run MATLAB/LTspice/Simulink analyses, and help

Qualifications

Solid fundamentals in electronics and circuit design.
Experience with project-based electronics work.
Interest in high-voltage systems and power electronics.

Responsibilities

Assist design, simulation, and testing of power electronic hardware.
Support PCB assemblies and wire harness development with engineering teams.
Perform simulations/analyses using MATLAB, LTspice, Simulink to verify performance.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and document corrective actions.
Assist with test setup and evaluation of prototypes per lab safety rules.
