Job summary

H3X Technologies is hiring an Electronics Technician to build and test power electronics, including PCBAs and wire harnesses, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering on production assemblies and prototypes. You will inspect, assemble, test, document results, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, skunkworks-style team focused on delivering high-density power solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in hand soldering TH and SMD components.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office; ERP exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Willingness to obtain IPC, J-STD-001 certification.
• Ability to access CUI/ITAR/EAR information.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, assembly, and test of PCBAs and wire harnesses according to plans and work instructions.
• Assist in streamlining manufacturing processes via brainstorming and development.
• Support engineering in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting power electronics hardware.
• Document test results and rework activities per quality standards.
• Maintain Electronics Lab organization and upkeep.
• Document non-conformance issues and quality concerns.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement for yield, performance, and cost.
