Job summary

H3X Technologies, Louisville, CO, USA is seeking an Electronics Technician to build and test power electronics, including PCBAs and wire harnesses. You’ll work with the manufacturing and engineering teams on production assemblies and prototypes.

Responsibilities include inspection, assembly, testing, documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in yield and cost. Strong soldering skills and ERP/office proficiency are valued in a dynamic startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of electronics or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Proficiency in hand soldering TH and SMD components.
• Experience with PCBAs and wire harnesses, assembly and testing.
• Ability to document test results and non-conformances accurately.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and test PCBAs and wire harnesses per plans.
• Assist in streamlining manufacturing and process development.
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting power electronics hardware.
• Document test results and rework activities per quality standards.
• Maintain electronics lab organization and address non-conformances.
• Identify opportunities for yield, performance, and cost improvements.
