Job summary

SunTech in Morrisville, NC is seeking an electronics technician to join the manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot PCBs, perform calibration and maintenance, and participate in lean improvements to support production and quality goals.

You will document failure analyses, assist with Kaizen events, and ensure safety and process improvements. Lifting 40 lbs and handling electronics equipment are part of the role; experience with test equipment is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience testing and troubleshooting PCBs to the component level.
• Soldering experience required; IPC standards knowledge a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCBs to component level and document results.
• Maintain test equipment and perform calibrations.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events and lean process improvements.
• Identify safety and quality improvements in manufacturing.
• Stay current on training and participate in cross-training.
• Support inspection activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
