Job summary

Default Brand in Germantown, WI is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on daily SMT-related tasks, testing, and packaging to meet production schedules.

Description

1st Priority – Daily Execution

• · Soldering knowledge and skills a plus!
• · Perform Depanel methods, testing, EOL programming, and packaging as standards
• · Operate AOI machine
• · Ability to identify electronics components
• · Ability to complete visual inspection of SMT assemblies
• · Ability to visually identify AOI false calls and defects
• · Must be familiar with and able to use hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.
• · Ability to maintain accurate Job-By-Job Chart tracking

2nd Priority – Skill Development

• · Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies.
• · Working knowledge of IPC standards (Certification a plus)
• · Train co-workers
• · Perform basic steps of Electronics Technician C level
