Job summary

JW Speaker in Wisconsin is seeking an Electronics Assembler/Technician to support daily manufacturing tasks, including SMT assembly, AOI operation, test, depaneling, and packaging. The role involves visual inspection, component identification, and accurate tracking of work.

Candidates with soldering knowledge or IPC standards familiarity are welcome; training will be provided for motivated individuals. This on-site position offers opportunities for skill development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand basic Process Sheet and Assembly drawings.
• Prior electronics experience preferred, but will train motivated candidates!
• IPC standards familiarity is a plus (certification a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily execution tasks as described in the job duties.
• Execute Depanel methods, testing, and packaging as standard procedures.
• Operate AOI machine and identify electronics components.
• Complete visual inspection of SMT assemblies.
• Visually identify AOI false calls and defects.
• Use hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc., as required.
• Maintain accurate Job-By-Job Chart tracking.
