Amentum seeks an Electronics Technician II (RIS) to support the Tyndall AFB, FL site. The role covers maintenance and repair of range and instrumentation systems, radar and communications equipment, and requires use of special test gear.

Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology, an active CompTIA A+ or higher cybersecurity certification within 90 days, and US Secret clearance. Overtime and TDY may be required; tower climber duties are included.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology, Engineering or similar.
• Active CompTIA A+ or higher cybersecurity certification within 90 days.
• Secret security clearance required; US citizenship to apply.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and TDY.

Responsabilidades

• Perform depot repairs on RIS and maintain/repair aircraft, targets, radar, and related equipment.
• Operate, inspect, repair, and troubleshoot AATTCS and Range Communications.
• Use test equipment (915 MHz Test Sets, DLS, DLSr) to certify operation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to equal or lower level personnel.
• Initiate and edit documentation reflecting modifications and configuration changes.
