Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Prior experience with WMS preferred.
• Familiarity with PC hardware configuration, including Windows OS and LAN setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and calibrate test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair products down to the component level.
• Read and understand schematics.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure proper setup and calibration.
• Work with OEMs to obtain NPI and resolve design or testing issues.
• Understand and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Train and implement processes within the assigned department.
• Perform work safely and in accordance with standards and regulations.
