Electronics Device Technician Location: Lewisville, TX Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temporary assignment supporting a seasonal production increase

Position Overview

We are hiring a Test Prep Technician for our client in Lewisville, TX. This position supports the preparation, programming, inspection, and testing of electronic equipment before shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers and electronic devices, has strong attention to detail, and can follow established procedures to ensure product quality. This role involves loading software and firmware onto electronic devices, performing basic assembly and cosmetic inspections, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should be technically inclined, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with electronics testing, quality assurance, or manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move electronic equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Move boxes and equipment within the department, including lifting devices from the floor to a workbench.
• Stand, handle equipment, and perform repetitive tasks as required.

Schedule and Availability Requirements

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Must be fully committed to the assignment through early January to support a seasonal production increase. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs. Candidates must disclose any planned time off or scheduled appointments during the first 30 days before accepting the assignment.
