The role requires 5+ years of electronics production test experience, reading schematics, and strong problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma is required, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics production test experience in manufacturing or test lab.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and power electronics.
• Experience with RF test equipment and a range of test instruments.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and wire schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and quality focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of tests setting up and testing per instructions, in accordance with standards; document results.
• Follow laboratory procedures and test specifications.
• Calibrate and verify instrumentation; ensure proper calibration before use.
• Assemble tools and test equipment per written specs.
• Set up and perform tests following industry and company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of test standards and instrumentation.
• Document data for each project; assist with troubleshooting and modifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Quality policies and 5S practices.
