Job summary

QRC Technologies a Parsons Company in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Electronics Technician to assemble, program and calibrate electro-mechanical sub-assemblies in a light production environment. You will work under the Production Supervisor to ensure quality and traceability.

Candidates should have 2–5 years as Electronics Technician or 5+ years as Mechanical Assembler, with ability to read complex drawings, perform light soldering to IPC standards, and use common hand tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronics and electronics repair.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Soldering skills and IPC compliance preferred.
• Clearance may be required if sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small production batches of sub-assemblies.
• Program and/or calibrate electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot at circuit level.
• Light soldering of wires and components to IPC standards.
• Use hand tools, torque drivers and other assembly tools.
