Job summary

ARC Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking an Electrical Technician to assemble electro-mechanical equipment and control panels, following engineering drawings and BOMs. You will perform testing, document results, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on the production floor.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, proficiency with test equipment, and the ability to interpret schematics and GD&T.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly or electro-mechanical production.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, schematics, specifications, and GD&T.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience using electrical test equipment and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, medical device).
• IPC certification (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001) preferred.
• Experience supporting engineering prototype builds and product development.
• Understanding of AC/DC circuits, electrical safety, and basic electronics theory.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical equipment, control panels, cable harnesses per drawings and BOMs.
• Perform functional, performance, and acceptance testing with documented results.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain production, inspection, and test documentation; support ECOs and process updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
