Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance or electronic technician experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic, digital, and electrical systems on production equipment.
• Experience reading and troubleshooting PLC logic; programming a plus.
• Experience with hardwired relay logic, motor control circuits, and single-/three-phase electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical methodologies.
• Perform routine maintenance including fault analysis and instrument calibration.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, digital equipment, AC/DC motors, and controls.
• Conduct fault analysis of relay logic, motor control circuits, and lighting circuits.
• Access PLC logic to troubleshoot production equipment; ensure wiring integrity and upgrades as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for history and planning.
