Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Racine, WI is seeking an Electronics Maintenance Technician to calibrate equipment, analyze data, and help optimize production. You will execute ATPs, debug across software/firmware/hardware, and ensure networked products meet performance standards before release.

Key duties include supporting production to resolve process and equipment issues, performing daily PM of SMT equipment, coordinating with Field Service for upgrades, fabricating and maintaining jigs and tooling, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 1 year experience in a related field required
• Experience with SMT equipment preferred
• Physical requirements: ability to lift/carry 25–50lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours

Responsibilities

• Support production in resolving process and equipment issues
• Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment
• Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades
• Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling
• Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health
• Create profile boards, profiles, and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow ovens
• Perform machine calibrations and diagnostics
• Maintain PM software system, parts inventory, and order parts

Electronics Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Racine -Mount Pleasant, WI

Pay: $24 - $28 (shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd)

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Available

TheMaintenance Technicianwill perform machine calibrations, compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment, and assist with machine optimization as needed

You will execute ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures), debug failures across software/firmware/hardware layers, and ensure network-enabled products meet performance standards before release.
