Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit. The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic security systems for federal, local, and commercial customers.

Candidates should have strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Travel up to 25% and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph ability are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware and software, test systems for proper operation.
• Provide technical support to customers and communicate with project teams.
• Ensure safety plans are followed and equipment complies with NEC standards.
