Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician for a nationwide FAA contract, traveling 100% with expenses covered. You will replace components, wire circuits, and perform tests using common instruments like DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and readiness for fieldwork in diverse weather conditions. Candidates should have advanced electronics training and 3+ years in testing, repairing, and installing fiber optics or related equipment.

Qualifications

• Extreme weather allowed work environment requirements.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within the Central Service Area.

Responsabilités

• Replace components and wire circuits on electronic equipment.
• Test readings with digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
• Repair simple electronics and calibrate systems as required.
• Install sensors, wires, and radios in varied environments.
• Troubleshoot electrical components using schematics and blueprints.
• Support field installations and site preparations for racks and cabling.
